Laurie is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-500). She specializes in Yoga for Seniors and the many issues associated with healthy aging in which she holds several certifications. Sheri Avera is a professional Licensed Massage Therapist who is passionate about helping others feel their best and aims to alleviate stress while improving overall well-being. She is also certified in Reiki, Intergraded Energy Therapy and facial massage which can help with sinus issues and TMJ. Sheri strongly believes that massage and energy work can help to renew the body, mind, and spirit! She incorporates various modalities to fit each guests needs including: Swedish, Hot Stones, Relaxation, Therapeutic Massage, Light Stretching, Facelift massage and energy work.
